By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

Aurica Fragrances ("we", "our", or "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products and Services

Aurica Fragrances offers artisanal perfumes, custom fragrance creation services, and perfume workshops. All product descriptions, including scent profiles and ingredients, are provided for informational purposes only. We make every effort to accurately represent our products, but individual experiences may vary.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, scent, and packaging may occur. These variations are not considered defects but rather characteristics of artisanal products.

Custom fragrance services are subject to additional terms which will be provided during the consultation process. Workshop bookings are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.

3. Ordering and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination and order size.

Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Your payment information is processed securely through our payment processors, and we do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our payment and fraud prevention departments.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. Aurica Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other third-party carriers.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs office.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we have a limited return policy. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Custom fragrance creations are non-refundable. Workshop fees are refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled event; after that, they become non-refundable but may be transferred to another workshop date subject to availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aurica Fragrances website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Aurica Fragrances or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Aurica Fragrances and is protected by international copyright laws. The trademarks, service marks, and logos contained on the website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Aurica Fragrances and others.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any portion of the website without prior written consent from Aurica Fragrances. Custom fragrance formulations created for clients remain the intellectual property of Aurica Fragrances, though clients receive exclusive rights to purchase their custom scent.

7. User Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our website or social media channels, you grant Aurica Fragrances a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you post, that the content is accurate, and that use of the content does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or may be offensive, illegal, or violate the rights of any third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurica Fragrances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

Aurica Fragrances shall not be responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to our products. We recommend that customers with known sensitivities review ingredient lists carefully before purchase and perform a patch test before applying fragrances.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurica Fragrances, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Queensland, Australia for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
